Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data collected through yarisradari.com is processed, as required by Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK). Data controller: Alparslan Selçuk Develioğlu, contact: kvkk@yarisradari.com.

Accuracy of race information

Race dates, registration deadlines, registration links and other details on this site are largely compiled automatically from different sources and may change or become outdated. The information is provided for guidance only; yarisradari.com does not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current. Confirm the details with the official source of the race before entering, paying or booking travel. If you spot a wrong or missing entry, tell us through the contact and error report form.

What data we collect

No account or personal data is needed to browse the race calendar, race pages or the map, and no analytics or advertising cookies are used. Visit counts are measured by us without cookies and without identifying you: your IP address is not stored, only a digest value that cannot be linked back to you and is deleted within 26 hours, so that a daily unique visit can be counted. If you use the email alert form we process your email address, the sports you select, when you want to be reminded and the site language; if you use the contact and error report form we process your message and your email address if you provide one.

Purpose and legal basis

Your email address is used only to send you reminders about registration opening dates, registration deadlines and important changes for upcoming races. You decide which sports we write about and how many days in advance, on the subscription preferences page. The legal basis is the explicit consent you give by submitting the form yourself (KVKK art. 5/1-a). Your address is not used for marketing, not shared with third parties and never sold. If you use the contact and error report form, your message and any email address are used only to assess your report and reply to you.

Retention and deletion

Your subscription is kept until you leave the list. The link in every email we send takes you to the subscription preferences page , where you can change which races we write about and when, or delete your subscription entirely with one click. Once deleted, your record is permanently removed from the database; no archive copy is kept. Messages sent through the contact and error report form are deleted within one year of the report being resolved.

Where the data is hosted

Data is stored on the infrastructure of the database and site hosting providers we use, and an email delivery provider is used to send messages. These companies act as data processors, process your data solely to provide that service and are bound by their own data processing agreements. Because their servers are located abroad, your data is transferred outside Türkiye within the meaning of KVKK art. 9; by submitting the form you also consent to that transfer. Site access logs (such as IP addresses) may be kept temporarily by the hosting provider for security purposes. All traffic between you and the site, and all access to the infrastructure, is encrypted; the data is reachable only by the site owner through a single authenticated admin account.

To exercise these rights, write to kvkk@yarisradari.com from the email address you previously gave us, so that we can identify you. Your request is answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest. The fastest route for deletion is the unsubscribe link in the emails.
